 When can we buy tickets?

Tickets will be on sale starting APRIL 16, 2016 - SATURDAY at 10AM in all SM TICKET OUTLETS and through this link from SMTICKETS.COM

 How much are the concert tickets?

The prices are as follows: VIP Pit Zone (Standing) - ₱12600 SVIP A (Row A to J - Reserved Seating) - ₱12600 VIP A (Row K to Z - Reserved Seating) - ₱10500 VIP B (Row AA onwards - Reserved Seating) - ₱8400 Lower Box A (Row A to C - Reserved Seating) - ₱8400 Lower Box B (Row D to H - Reserved Seating) - ₱6300 Lower Box C (Row I to P - Reserved Seating) - ₱5250 Upper Box (Reserved Seating) - ₱3675 General Admission (Reserved Seating) - ₱1575 VIP Pit Zone and SVIP A Tickets can be purchased from Wilbros Live

 Are there any tickets left? Or they're sold out already?

Here's an update of the Seat Availability status from SMTickets.com. This was as of 5:30PM, April 18, 2016.

 Can I purchase my tickets online?

You can also purchase through SMTickets.com, but this option charges ₱100 per ticket for Convenience Fee. For security purposes, SMTickets.com requires the name of the SITE ACCOUNT and the NAME ON THE CARD to be the same. The tickets can be claimed over-the-counter after presenting the proof of purchase from the website together with a valid I.D. No representatives are allowed to claim tickets on the buyer's behalf. For the same reason, SMTickets.com does not accept Credit Cards issued outside the Philippines as well.

 Are ticket reservations allowed?

Ticket reservations are allowed for VIP Sections only, and reserved ticket(s) shall be paid shortly through the bank details which will be provided by Wilbros. You can call Wilbros Live at 374-2222 or 374-9999. Other sections don't have ticket reservations, and will only be available through SM Tickets.

 Will there be meet and greet sessions with Selena?

There are no announced Meet & Greet sessions, as of the moment. Meet and Greet passes will NOT be sold, as well for now. Should there be announcements, keep an eye on this page for updates! 🙂

 Can I pay through credit card?

Yes, of course! 🙂

 Can we avail of a monthly installment plan for ticket payment?

The only 0% Interest Installment Plan available is for BDO CREDIT CARDS only, with a duration of 3 months (for 3,000 above + single-receipt transactions only). This is available over the counter, although we're not sure if this is also available through SMTickets.com. Non-BDO credit cards holders will have to contact their respective banks for installment plans, but this will most probably have interest depending with the bank.

 Will there be contests where I can win tickets?

None as of the moment. Although, we ourselves at SGPH are planning to have a ticket giveaway! Stay tuned for more details about that. Should there be announcements about contests from partners and sponsors, keep an eye on this page for updates! 😉

 How many fans can the Pit Zone accomodate?

According to a phone call by a fan who reserved hers through Wilbros, there are only about 200 slots for the Mosh Pit. UPDATE: As of April 18, 2016, 5PM - MOSH PIT RIGHT is already SOLD OUT.
